All prices are introductory launch prices in South African rand, with no VAT added. Scope and availability are confirmed before any engagement.
US dollar prices are indicative equivalents of the rand prices.
I'm based in Cape Town (SAST, UTC+2) and work remotely with teams anywhere. That's a full working day of overlap with the UK and Europe, and the morning with the US East Coast.
How much does a customer success consultant cost?+
My prices start with a free 30-minute consultation. An advisory session is R1,500, the CS diagnostic is R5,000 and ongoing advisory starts at R6,000 a month. Mentoring is R1,000 an hour. Workshops are priced to scope.
Do you charge VAT?+
No. Kent & Co isn't VAT-registered, so the price you see is the price you pay.
Can I pay in US dollars?+
I invoice in rand. The dollar amounts show roughly what the rand price works out to.
Is the consultation really free?+
Yes. Thirty minutes, no obligation. I'll tell you where I can help and whether I'm the right fit.
Will the prices change?+
These are introductory launch prices. I confirm scope and price with you before any engagement starts.
